Group Training Session for Athletes and Functional

Legends Gym

Service Description

Group training sessions are designed for athletic and functional groups. With group training sessions, participants work with our specialized coaches for 45 minutes to 1 hour working on strength, conditioning and skill-focused exercises. We aim to improve strength, endurance and all around fitness each session. No experience needed, all fitness levels welcome.
